  • Free delivery over £100 to Northern Ireland, UK Mainland and Republic of Ireland
  • Orders under £100 charged at £5.95 plus VAT to Northern Ireland, UK Mainland and Republic of Ireland
  • Delivery to an EU country charged at £5.95 plus VAT.

Cancellations

  • If you decide to cancel your order, we will need to cover any costs or expenses we’ve already incurred. This includes any works carried out to process your order and any loss of profits. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Returns

  • 14 Days returns policy – all items unused, in same packaging and unopened can be returned within 14 days and full refund issued (except delivery charge)
  • If the Goods are faulty or damaged, the Customer shall notify the Company within three working days of delivery. The Company may at its discretion either:

    • Offer to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or

    • Cancel the contract (or the part of the contract affected) and refund to the Customer the amount paid for the Goods in question.
